Refund policy
At Cutie Cuddles we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to ensure that you are fully informed about your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.
Returns:
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our nappy cakes, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to address the issue on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there are any issues with your product.
To initiate a return or report an issue:
1. Contact us at orders@cutiecuddles.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
2. Provide a clear description and photographic evidence of any damage or defects.
3. If applicable, we will guide you through the return process.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
• If the nappy cake is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• If the product is not as described and cannot be replaced or corrected.
To request a refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product. Refund requests made after this time will not be considered.
If your refund is approved:
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the issue.
Exemptions:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:
• Custom Orders: Nappy cakes or other products that are customized or personalized according to the customer’s specifications.
• Used Products: Once a product has been opened, used, or altered, it cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for products due to a change of mind.
