Shipping policy
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped or processed. After this time, cancellations will no longer be possible, and the standard return and refund policy will apply.
Shipping Damages:
If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately upon receiving the package. Keep the original packaging, as this will be necessary for the claims process with the carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the damaged items or issuing a refund.
